chad’s pterrific smoothie
gather:
a bunch of spinach
3 bananas
1 cup of orange juice
1 & 1/3 cups of frozen pineapple
2 cups of frozen mango
2 cups of frozen blueberries
First pick out the best leaves from a bag of spinach. Don’t use the crappy leaves; those suck and will probably make it taste horrible. I put in exactly a bunch, sometimes more. Put that spinach, bananas, and orange juice in a blender, and blend it. Then add all the frozen fruit, and blend that with the previously blended ingredients. The idea is to blend everything.. Just keep blending until it’s quite blended. Enjoy thoroughly. Below are some lovely images of the blending process..
Fruity Pebble Ptreats
get yourself:
3 tablespoons of butter
10 oz. of fruit-flavored marshmallows*
6 cups of Fruity Pebbles cereal
*do not use regular marshmallows – you must use fruit-flavored marshmallows, or what the flip is even the point?!
do this:
Melt the butter in a big ol’ chili pot on low heat. As soon as that’s melted, dump in the marshmallows, and stir until they’re all melted into a fun goo. Then turn off your stove, remove the pan from heat, and add all the cereal. Mix together well, so the cereal is evenly coated. Then put it all in a greased 13 inch x 9 inch pan. Press mixure down evenly with a greased spoon or waxed paper. Consume.
